Consular Processing Delays Expected Throughout Ramadan

Government offices across the Middle East, North Africa and parts of Asia will work to reduced hours during the month of Ramadan (expected to last from March 11th or 12th until April 10th, 2024), potentially affecting consular processing times.
Government operating hours during Ramadan are expected to be as follows:

United Arab Emirates | Monday to Thursday 9am – 2:30pm and Friday 9am – 12pm |
Qatar | Sunday to Thursday 9am - 2pm |
Saudi Arabia | Sunday to Thursday 10am – 3pm |
Oman | Sunday to Thursday 9am – 2pm |
Kuwait | Sunday to Thursday 9:30am – 2pm |
Bahrain | Sunday to Thursday 8am – 2pm |
Jordan | Sunday to Thursday 10am – 3pm |
Egypt | Sunday to Thursday 9am – 2pm |
Morocco | Monday to Friday 10am – 3:30pm |
Lebanon | Monday to Thursday 8am – 12:30pm and closed on Friday |
Tunisia | Monday to Thursday 8am – 2:30pm and Friday 7am – 1pm |
Pakistan | Monday to Thursday 10am – 3:30pm and Friday 10am -1pm |
Iraq | Sunday to Thursday 8am – 1:30pm |
Iraqi Kurdistan | Sunday to Thursday 8am – 1:30pm |
Clients are encouraged to plan accordingly and submit visa applications as early as they can.
