How We Do It

Nomadic is a solution of Fragomen, a global immigration law firm, provider of the most advanced immigration services worldwide. We leverage Fragomen’s extensive knowledge base of immigration legalities and requirements and couple it with an intuitive technology solution to expedite the visa, passport, and other travel documentation application process.

Nomadic’s web portal is the main access point for all services. Travelers or travel managers can run assessments and place orders seamlessly for themselves or - with appropriate permission - on behalf of other employees. Access is secure based on defined organization hierarchy or delegations.

From the moment an order is initiated, a Nomadic expert will review the request, reach out personally with instructions,and provide support for the applicant from start to finish. The order status can be accessed in real time on the Portal Application Tracker, as well as by direct communication between the customer and the assigned Nomadic consultant.

Nomadic continues to support the traveler even after document or visa processing is complete. The traveler’s profile is updated with all details from the application and the newly issued document. Features include:

Expiry tracking of visas and passports with notifications ahead of time
Complete record of documents stored and assessment history
Each interaction with Nomadic further completes the traveler’s profile, which auto-populates future applications and reduces redundant data entry
